- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I wouldn't even give this place one star. The staff is rude. Heaven forbid you inconvience them to do their job. I wasn't able to schedule my daughters follow up because the computers were already off. At 2 pm. They are too rough when they give vaccines and push the flu shot like its going to be the end of the world if you don't get it. Dr Ogden doesn't pay attention. At all. I understand he sees many patients but at least look over the chart for two seconds before you come on. I requested my daughters medical records and not only are part of them missing but they are wrong. They noted her charts incorrectly on multiple occasions. When I asked about it I was told she would just have to ask about it. The records I received may as well have been for another child. Not to mention they didn't even notice until my mother in law pointed it out at three months that her head was asymmetrical and too big. They also left out medical advice that they gave over the phone about the one important issue we had. How these people are still legally allowed to practice is beyond me.
